At WA Auto Service Centre, we are committed to quality workmanship and transparent communication. All services and vehicle sales are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
We provide a 6-month or 10,000km workmanship warranty (whichever occurs first) on eligible repairs performed by our workshop.
This warranty applies to defects directly related to workmanship carried out by WA Auto Service Centre.
Parts:
New parts carry the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Used parts supplied and fitted by WA Auto Service Centre carry a 3-month warranty from the date of installation, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
Terms:
In the event of a concern, the vehicle must be returned to our workshop for inspection before any external repairs are authorised. Failure to do so may affect warranty coverage.
This workmanship warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modification, overheating, accident damage, or pre-existing faults.
Eligible vehicles are sold with a Statutory Warranty in accordance with Western Australian legislation where required.
To provide customers with competitive pricing options, some vehicles in our inventory may be recorded on the Written-Off Vehicle Register (WOVR).
Where applicable:
The vehicle’s WOVR status is disclosed prior to purchase
Repairs have been completed prior to sale
The vehicle has passed required engineering and Department of Transport (DoT) inspections
The vehicle is licensed and roadworthy at the time of sale in Western Australia
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and seek independent advice prior to purchase.
For additional peace of mind, we offer optional 12-month extended warranty coverage through Integrity Warranty for eligible vehicles, subject to provider terms and eligibility criteria.
